For all activities: Please read and understand following conditions;

-Reservations are required on every tour and activity we provide. It is to be made before 6pm on previous day by phone or e-mail.
-Please request for gEnglish speaking guideh.
Not every guide could guide you in English.

-Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your reservation on yourprivate reasons. However, no cancellation fee will apply if we
cancel your tour based on weather condition such as wind, current, typoon, storm, and blizzard.

-Cancel policies are like follows:
No cancellation fee: 2 days or earlier.
50% cancellation fee: the previous day.
100% cancellation fee: on the day of event.

-All participants will be covered by liability insurance for damages, and it is included in each prices.
You could also purchase insurance against accidents when you pay extra 200 yen.
Details as follows;
3,700,000 yen for dying incidents, per person.
2,500 yen when hospitalized per day.
1,500 yen when injured and need to go to hospital per day.

-You are in the national park ! Please follow the rules and regulations; Our guides know the rules and regulations in national parks.
We know the danger you are in.

-Please be responsible for your own behaviors.Understand that you are in natural setting. They provide you fun and danger. There are risks whenever you are in nature.
